Concierge Physical Therapists is fully committed to the health and wellness of all MJCC members.

We are participating providers with BCBS Tennessee and Medicare part B. There is a private pay option (club charge or HSA account) of $97 per appointment.

David Spellings is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is specialized with advanced training in orthopedics. Originally from West TN, David completed his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2016. After completing his undergraduate studies, David moved to Memphis to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, graduating in 2019. 
He was then accepted into an orthopedic residency program in Asheville, NC where he gained additional knowledge on evidence based practices and techniques. 
David utilizes a holistic approach to treatment that address the root causes of his patients pain, rather than just treating their symptoms. He works closely with his patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans to help them live a pain free life. David’s patient-centered approach and commitment to their health has earned him a reputation as a skilled and compassionate physical therapist. 
David currently resides in Germantown, TN with his wife Rachel and their dog Pickle.
